Serving in a co-leadership role with the President & CEO, the next Artistic Director will lead the artistic vision and focus of the Cincinnati Ballet and the Otto M. Budig Academy, the region’s preeminent dance training program. The next Artistic Director will possess a clear understanding of and commitment to the heritage of classical ballet while having the ability to move and mold the art form into the future, building greater audience engagement.
