Indian telecom operator Reliance Jio has been launching its "True 5G" services across different parts of India since the commercial launch of 5G in the Asian country last October, and the company today announced that its 5G services went live in 50 more cities of India. Jio said this makes it one of the largest rollouts of 5G services in the world, taking the total count of cities having Jio 5G in India to 184, with pan-India 5G rollout expected to complete by December 2023.
